Position Summary: The HR Director is responsible for the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering compensation, benefits, and leaves, updating and/or revising company handbooks, management of worker’s compensation claims and unemployment claims, HR Compliance Reporting (i,e., ACA Reporting, New Hire Reporting, Terminations, etc.), and enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Director will be responsible, reliable, and willing to regularly contribute to making TCA+A a better place to work.
